England x Reader x France - Bowties Are Cool

"Oh please," France smirked, "Time travelling telephone booths can only go so far, and what is up with the bowtie?"

Yay for you! France and England were at it again. Why? Because you wanted to watch something. France suggested some risque movie, and England suggested Doctor Who. Personally, you were a fan of the show, but neither of the arguing nations knew that yet. You were planning on keeping neutral in the fight.

"What?" England scoffed. "Bowties are cool!"

"Only you would say that, Angleterre." 

You sighed. The thought of going home crossed your mind a few times before the two began throwing punches.

"Holy mother of Daleks!" you cried out. "Will you two just leave, or at least fight in the backyard or something?"

France looked at you in confusion. England stared at you. For a moment, he also looked confused until a large smile slowly took its place on his face.

"You said 'Daleks'," he grinned.

"Oh no," you sighed.

"You're a Doctor Who fan!" he exclaimed.

"Yep," you answered awkwardly.

He smirked at the Frenchman then pulled out his wand. He mumbled out a bunch of gibberish then was enveloped in a flash of light. When the light disappeared, England was standing there fixing a red bowtie. 

"England, are you..." you began.

"Dressed like the Doctor?" he smiled. "Yes, I am."

"Oh lord save me," France sighed.

You laughed. You had just thought of a diabolical plan.

"Hey, England," you smiled.

"Yes, love?"

"I think we'll go with your suggestion."

"NON!" France exclaimed as he ran out of the house.

You smiled as England laughed until you noticed his tie was crooked.

"England."

"Yes, love," he said as he distracted himself with his fez.

You walked over to him and fixed his tie as he blushed.

"Sorry," you smiled, "It was crooked, and you know what?"

"What, love?"

"Bowties are cool!"
